Terms of Service - Clan Roster

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clan Roster ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Clan Roster is a platform that enables users to create and manage gaming clans, guilds, and communities. Our Service includes features for roster management, character tracking, application processing, event coordination, and community building tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Service.

4. User Content

6. Clan Management

Clan owners and administrators are responsible for:

Managing their clan members and content appropriately
Ensuring their clan adheres to these Terms and community guidelines
Handling disputes within their clan community
Setting and enforcing their own clan rules (which must not conflict with these Terms)

We reserve the right to remove or restrict clans that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Provide accurate billing information
Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Clan Roster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms
Engaging in prohibited conduct
Request by law enforcement or government agencies
Extended periods of inactivity
Discontinuation or material modification of the Service

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAN ROSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clan Roster and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
